Individuals

Life can be hard sometimes. Many people seek therapy when external events or internal struggles begin to feel overwhelming and unmanageable. Or maybe they feel stuck, lost, or unmoored in their life but don’t know how or why.

The uncertain times we live in can exacerbate issues such as high stress, anxiety, or depression. Perhaps your worries keep you up at night, or maybe you feel like you are on high alert all the time, irritable and edgy and ready to snap. Or maybe you feel a sense of hopelessness, like you can’t even get out of bed in the morning and you have lost interest in things that once brought you joy. These thoughts, feelings and sensations are your psyche and body’s way of letting you know that your soul needs tending.

There are many reasons to enter therapy, and each person’s path to it and through it is unique. If life is challenging your psyche and soul, take time and space for yourself, talk to someone who can help you come back into balance. I believe therapy is a sacred space where we journey together to explore and untangle the issues that are creating distress in your life, to perhaps uncover and heal old wounds or uncover lost and hidden treasures, and help you find your personal path back to wholeness, back to your Self.
